Angela's Pulled Pork Dry Rub

Take your pulled pork to the next level with this flavorful Pulled Pork Dry Rub.


  • 4 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak (optional)
  • Step 1 Mix all ingredients together.
  • Step 2 Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
  • Step 3 NOTE: I typically triple this recipe for a 5-7 lb pork shoulder.
