Breakfast Smoothie (Meal Replacement)

Hearty oatmeal, peanut butter, banana, raspberries and blueberries are blended with soymilk and flaxseed. Protein powder optional. A great meal replacement!
- 6 oz soymilk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 Tblsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tblsp flaxseed
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (optional)
- Step 1 Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. This is a thick smoothie and a great meal replacement!
Variation: Substitute your favorite fruit for the blueberries and raspberries
