Dragon’s Brew

Inspired by Quincy’s Tavern

Every year in Chicago for St Patrick’s Day, they turn the Chicago River green.  It’s always a great time to pick up some Green River Soda.  Some of you may not have heard of this soda before.  It is definitely a Midwest drink.  When I saw Quincy making his Dragon’s Brew, I turned around and saw the Green River Soda sitting on the counter and knew right away I had to make this Dragon’s Brew with a midwest twist.

NOTE:  I used a green-tinted acrylic glass.
