Mimosas
A Mimosa is a classic brunch cocktail made with Champagne and a citrus juice, typically orange juice.
You can also make a Lemosa (sounds like something Hermione Granger would whip up in Harry Potter) made with lemonade and champagne.
A Vermosa or Crisp made with apple cider with champagne and popular in Vermont.
A Soleil is with pineapple juice and champagne.
