Chicken Burger
This is a copycat McChicken® Burger recipe. This recipe is so quick and easy make and the Chicken Burger is really flavorful. The coating makes the burger have a very similar crunch and topped with mayo and shredded lettuce it’s the perfect copycat McChicken® Burger.
In a large bowl, mix all the burger ingredients except the crushed cornflakes. Mix well.
Form meat mixture into 4 burger patties. Coat with crushed cornflakes.
Place burgers into a frying pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking oil. Season each burger with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Fry until cooked through.
Place burgers on the bun of your choice, with mayo and shredded lettuce.
NOTE: Lightly toasted potato buns work really well with this finished dish.

Ingredients
- Burger
- 1 pound Ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1-2 pinches Cayenne pepper
- Crushed Cornflakes
Bun - Shredded Lettuce
- Mayo
Directions
- Step 1 In a large bowl, mix all the burger ingredients except the crushed cornflakes. Mix well.
- Step 2 Form meat mixture into 4 burger patties. Coat with crushed cornflakes.
- Step 3 Place burgers into a frying pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking oil. Season each burger with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Fry until cooked through.
- Step 4 Place burgers on the bun of your choice, with mayo and shredded lettuce.
