Hearty oatmeal, peanut butter, banana, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries are blended with soymilk and flaxseed. Protein powder optional. A great meal replacement!

Ingredients
  • 6 oz soymilk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 Tblsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tblsp flaxseed
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (optional)
Directions
  • Step 1 Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. This is a thick smoothie and a great meal replacement!

    Variation:  Substitute your favorite fruit.
