Ingredients
  

  • Pitted Dates
  • Peanuts or Mixed Nuts
  • Dried Apricots
  • Grapes
  • Prosciutto thinly sliced
  • Feta Cheese
  • Genoa Salami thinly sliced
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Sopressata thinly sliced
  • Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
  • Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Balls marinated
  • Mixed Olives
  • Breadsticks

Extended Platter (Additional Items)

  • Fresh Figs sliced in half lengthwise
  • Artichoke Hearts marinated
  • Roasted Red Peppers drained
  • Pepperoncini drained

Instructions
 

  • Marinade the mozzarella balls in Italian dressing.
  • Arrange each ingredient on your serving tray.
  • Serve with Italian Breadsticks and/or sliced Focaccia.
